Perhaps the work of or school of Filippo Anivitti (Rome 1876-1955). We were perplexed by the signature, and the thought that this could technically be a self portrait, of himself presenting a painting to a lovely lady. Signed lower right. Viewable area measures 23 1/4" (59cm) high x 33 3/4" (85.7cm) wide. Frame measures 29" (73.6cm) high x 39" (99.1cm) wide. Weighs 10lbs., 2oz. THIRD PARTY SHIPPING REQUIRED.
