Expert lapidary carved bloodstone box and lid with turned, nesting bloodstone bowls stored within. Remarkable example of the work of a master lapidarist. Box and lid measure 7-1/2" L x 7-1/2" W x 4-1/2" H. Largest bowl within measures 4-1/4" W x 2-1/4" H, 2nd bowl 3-1/2" W x 2" H, 3rd bowl 2-5/8" W x 1-1/2" H, smallest measures 2" W x 1" H, lastly a small spherical centerstone with flat bottom 1-1/2" W x 7/8" H.
