Remarkably intricate filigree design throughout with seed pearls applique. Drop shaped ruby to center (11mm) and round cut ruby to top (6mm), both testing as ruby but unusually clean, perhaps lab. Intricate swinging hinge on ear hooks. Gold testing higher than 18k, most likely 20+. Overall measurements 1-1/2" L (+hook) x 1" W. Total weight 10.5g.
