Beautiful fob charm, circa 1880-1890's. Opens, and has a glass or crystal frame with hair underneath. The top has a cabochon jewel that looks like a tiny sapphire. The piece that holds the "sapphire" rotates like a wheel. Apparent faint mystery hallmarks with a triangle and lines. This piece is 3.7 grams. Overall measurements 3" L; 1-1/4" W (bar), 2-1/2" (chain), 1/2" L x 3/8" W locket.
