Multi-colored patina Native American Indian bronze "Gahn Dancer 1", representing the mountain spirit people in Apache culture. Goseyun (b.1960), a member of the San Carlos Eastern White Mountain Apache, graduated from the Institute of American Indian Arts and then held a six-year apprenticeship with celebrated sculptor Allan Houser (Haozous). His works are collected worldwide and have received numerous awards. This piece is number 2 of an ultra limited edition of 28, signed and numbered to base. Measures 25" L x 18" W x 30" H. Provenance: Purchased 20 years ago from the New Trends Gallery, 225 Canyon Road, Sante Fe, New Mexico.
