Large vintage porcelain statue of Asian traditional Geisha sitting atop a rock playing a sheng musical instrument. Geisha, while they are known in Japan today as well, originated form the courts of Imperial China (courtesans). Stamped "Made in China" to bottom. Measures approximately 12-3/4" H x 9-1/2" W x 5" D. Weighs 3lbs,10oz. Minor chips to two fingers.
