Reeded top and finial, gold gilt accents, connected and intertwined leaves. Impressed "Copeland" over a crown hallmark with another indistinguishable character to each, the cover with hand written inscription " D. 4894 ?". Measures 13" H x 12-1/2" W overall. Dome itself measures 12" H x 9-1/2" in diameter, plate itself measures 12-1/2" x 1-1/2" H. Some inpainting.
