Exquisitely detailed sculpture from a single piece of wood portraying the story of Garuda's quest to obtain the waters of immortality, the holy amerta, in order to free his enslaved mother from the Nagas. This sculpture depicts Garuda as Wisnu's vehicle, the amerta in hand, fighting the nagas and turtle. Unique necklace 58 (9mm) lapis round beads, separated by (10) 14k solid gold nugget textured beads. 14k gold closure pendant to bottom, having clasp and safety clip, with 2 (5x10mm) ovoid cabochons mounted to face and 3 dangling rows of (13) lapis and (3) gold beads beneath. Lapis beads of good quality, medium dark blue to violetish blue with minimal calcite. Lapis cabochons, mounted to the pendant, of exquisite quality having even, deep blue hue with almost no visible calcite and minimal, even pyrite. No apparent hallmarks, all tested. Necklace itself measures 25" L, gold pendant itself measures 1 1/4" L x 1/2" W x 1/2" D with 2" strands hanging beneath. Total weight 99g.

14k yellow gold integral case and bracelet, matching finish dial with black and gold baton hour markers. Omega symbol to face, crown and clasp. Hallmarked "14K GOLD" to case and "14K [in a pyramid]" to inner clasp. Band measures 7/8" W at it's face, 3/4" near the clasp. Fits 7" to 7 1/4" wrist, slightly adjustable. Wound and ran for 15 minutes or so before put away. Total weight 58.7g (54.2g with the movement removed).
